Thank you for supporting You Are Free. Every item is created with intention, care, and purpose. Because our products are often made to order, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final (Made-to-Order Items)

Most You Are Free items are custom-made or print-on-demand, meaning they are produced specifically for you once an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will issue:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A refund to the original payment method (at our discretion)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer size exchanges for made-to-order products.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

If an issue occurs, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
